Having looked around our home and come to the conclusion that the decor was looking distinctly jaded and tired and was definitely in need of a fresh coat of paint. We decided to engage Millprior to carry out the work. Gordon the boss arranged everything - plasterers, electricians, carpenters and last but not least the decorators. The hardest thing we had to do was choose the colour scheme for each rooms. We would have no hesitation in recommending Millprior as they gave a professional and trouble free service.

Millprior have undertaken a number of decorating projects for us, both internal and external. The quality of the work has been excellent, with great attention to detail whilst being completed efficiently and with the minimum of disruption.

All the workmen we have had on site, ably led by Ollie, conducted themselves impeccably, keeping us fully informed as to progress, making useful suggestions, and accomodating any changes to our original brief.

Millprior were recommended to us and we chose them over other local builders due to the fact that Gordon Pitcher personally project managed from start to finish which gave us peace of mind. We were impressed with the quality of work from all the trades employed. Without exception they were all conscientious, hard working and helpful.

Gordon kept us up to date with technical information (where necessary) and regular progress meetings. As this was a major kitchen conversion this required co-ordination not only with the trades but with structural engineers and building inspectors. We would recommend Millprior as being a competent and reliable building development company. 

We had an open carport built by Millprior. From start to finish Gordon was always available to answer any questions and deal with any problems that arose. Both him and his team were always professional, prompt, clean, tidy and polite. Their attention to detail and suggestions all made for a better finish than we had planned for. They all conducted themselves in a very professional manner in some very difficult and awkward situations from third parties. The job was finished in good time at a very competitive price. We wanted a garage conversion and extension above and needed some reliable builders who could take us from start to finish. Millprior were recommended and from our first discussion we felt confident that they would manage the total project well. They helped in all areas from listening to our needs, developing plans, submitting planning and getting planning permission. When we agreed to go ahead with building work Millprior would have started the work immediately had it not have been for the weather.

Once the bad weather eased everything ran smoothly and to time, and if there were issues Millprior dealt with them and someone was always contactable- even outside of working hours!

The workers who were contracted to Millprior were excellent; hard working, really tidy and always helpful. Millprior also worked well with other builders and suppliers with other refurbishment work being completed on the house and Millprior ensured that everyone worked together and completed things in the right order.

Millprior were excellent value for money and the project came in on budget - except when we added additional items. We are so pleased with the finished product and we have no doubts about recommending them to others.
